Sticks'n'Sushi Sashimi Menu Prices

Sashimi is sliced raw fish served without rice. The UK menu offers three single-fish portions – salmon (shake), yellowfin tuna (maguro) and yellowtail kingfish (hiramasa) – plus Sashimi Deluxe, which combines all three with a lobster daikon roll, hiramasa ceviche and tamago ikura. Sticks are the grilled skewers that give the chain half its name. Each is sold singly or as a pair, and range from sweet potato, padrón peppers and king oyster mushroom to chicken meatballs, chicken wings, salmon, pork, lamb, scallops, black cod and beef fillet. Sticks'n'Sushi Desserts Menu Prices

The dessert menu has four Japanese-inspired desserts. Goma is a vanilla crème brûlée with black sesame crumble, Mango is coconut rice pudding with mango sorbet and passion fruit, Sakura pairs cherry and umeshu compote with dark chocolate and vanilla ice cream, and Matcha is a chocolate fondant with a molten matcha centre. Sticks'n'Sushi Kids' menu Menu Prices

The Okosama kids' menu has three small sets: a sushi menu, a sticks menu and a combined Sticks'n'Sushi menu. Sticks'n'Sushi Soft drinks & mocktails Menu Prices

For guests who are not drinking alcohol, the drinks menu offers alcohol-free cocktails made with Everleaf and other zero-proof spirits, such as Mori Mojito, Sakura & Lychee Martini and Spiced Pinanolada, while the dessert menu adds a coffee-based Nogroni. There are also elderflower infusion and homemade lemonade (both still or sparkling), water kefir and Japanese Ramune soda. Filtered still or sparkling water is charged per person and refilled as often as you like.

Sticks'n'Sushi Sake & umeshu Menu Prices

The sake list covers junmai, ginjo and daiginjo styles, including two sakes brewed in London with Kanpai – the house Kaizen and Sumi. Bottles range from 300 ml and 375 ml to 720 ml, and several sakes can also be ordered by the glass. Gokai Karakuchi is served warm, Dassai 45 Nigori is a cloudy style, and there are sparkling sakes from Takara and Akashi Tai. Akashi Tai yuzushu and Shiraume plum wine can be taken neat or with soda.

The wine list is dominated by white wines chosen to suit fish and sushi, from South African chenin blanc and Languedoc picpoul to Albariño, Sancerre and English chardonnay from Balfour Estate. Most whites, reds and rosés are available by the 175 ml glass as well as by the bottle; the most expensive bottles are bottle-only. Sparkling options include prosecco, English sparkling rosé and three Collet champagnes by the 125 ml glass or bottle, plus a non-alcoholic sparkling tea.

Sticks'n'Sushi Coffee & tea Menu Prices

Hot drinks include a short coffee list – espresso, macchiato, cortado, americano, caffè latte and cappuccino – and a larger selection of teas. Matcha is whisked to order and also comes as a matcha latte with dairy or oat milk. Green teas include sencha, genmaicha with popped rice, hojicha and jasmine, alongside a yuzu oolong, a cool mint herbal blend and English breakfast. The same coffees and teas appear on the dessert menu at identical prices.

The spirits list is strongest on Japanese whisky, with Suntory's Hibiki, Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita alongside several Nikka bottlings, including aged expressions up to 21 years. A three-whisky Suntory flight lets you compare Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. Beyond whisky there are Japanese and international gins, vodkas, rums, cognac, tequila and mezcal. Spirits are priced for a 50 ml serve, and 25 ml measures are available on request.
