Saltgrass Steak House is a Texas-style steakhouse chain run by Landry's, with most of its restaurants in Texas and others across the South, Midwest and West. The menu centers on steaks in several cuts and weights, weekend prime rib, baby back ribs and surf-and-turf plates, backed by chicken fried steak, seafood, salads and burgers. This page lists the full menu published for the Austin restaurant, including the weekday Lunch & Early Dining prices, sides, desserts and the priced wine list, with calories wherever the menu prints them. Prices are copied from the official Austin location menu; other Saltgrass restaurants use their own menus and prices can differ, so check your local location before you go.

US menu prices usually exclude state and local sales tax, which is added at checkout, so your total will be higher than the listed price.

Saltgrass Steak House Desserts Menu Prices

Saltgrass lists three homemade desserts on the Austin drinks and dessert menu: a two-fork cheesecake with white chocolate and strawberry sauce, carrot cake with cream cheese icing, and chocolate cake served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. The online menu prints calories for each (1,530 to 1,900) but does not show dessert prices, so the price is left blank here. The cheesecake is billed as a two-fork dessert, which suggests it is sized for sharing.
